Welcome the refreshing energy of Spring through intuitive movement to release stagnancy and create spaciousness! Explore freedom and embodiment as guided by the 5 elements in nature utilizing free movement, breath and meditation, and reflection.

DANCING the 5 ELEMENTS™ is a healing movement modality and conscious dance practice that allows exploring freedom through embodiment. In this practice we are guided by the 5 Elements of nature utilizing free movement, breath and meditation, and reflection.

Facilitator Joy Herbst guides you in exploring free movement using the wisdom of the 5 Elements: the groundedness of Earth, the movement of Air, the heat of Fire, the flow of Water, and the healing love of Spirit. Through this practice we move into our deeper intuition and connection through Divine embodiment of sacred movement, presence, and breath.

Women with a desire to move and be moved by their inner guides are welcome! This practice is suitable and open to all levels and ability, no dance experience is required.

Please bring your journal, a water bottle, and dress in layers for your comfort.
